How might we co-create future use case scenarios for a content creating wearable device?

• Sometimes a startup may have a technological innovation but are not sure how to best design an experience around it that can deliver usable value to customers.

• To begin designing the experience, we first conducted an in depth analysis and definition of the product offering and then hypothesized a number of customer archetypes.

• Then, to understand what could be valuable use case scenarios for the techology, we held multiple co-creation sessions with groups representing the different archetypes. Through various exercises, our participants expressed current behaviors and unmet needs that gave us clues as to how the technology could be used in the future depending on the archetype.

• In the co-creation sessions we explored a variety of themes key to the product offering, such as content creation, to gain insight into not only how the technology could be integrated into their current behaviors but also how it might elevate and evolve the content sharing experience overall.
